Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced QA Lead to operate across multiple delivery teams within its Data & Intelligence portfolio. The role blends quality governance, technical leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure testing aligns with the QA Strategy.

The successful candidate will support planning, design, implementation, testing and governance, mentoring Quality Engineers and driving automation and CI/CD integration across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA across multiple delivery teams.
• Ability to implement QA strategy and governance.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and review artefacts.
• Comfortable engaging with developers, architects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement the QA Strategy across assigned delivery teams.
• Produce project-level Test Approaches aligned to QA Strategy.
• Ensure testing activities are risk-based and aligned to delivery objectives.
• Provide leadership and support to Quality Engineers during planning and stand-ups.
• Drive adoption of Quality Engineering and shift-left practices.
• Support evidence-based quality decision making and quality gate governance.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and coach on test design and automation.
• Review test artefacts and guide test coverage.
• Promote automation-first and CI/CD-integrated testing.
