Qualifications

• A-Level / NVQ / BTEC with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience of customer facing audits.
• Lead audit trained.
• Engineering/Technology degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day quality issues in production and logistics to drive zero-defect output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality performance and reduce scrap.
• Ensure QR investigations are completed and lessons learned are implemented.
• Deliver products that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
