  • Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys), and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Analyse manufacturing non-conformance data, identify trends, and apply FMEA to mitigate risks and drive process improvements.
  • Identify gaps in business processes and implement changes to ensure compliance with standards, customer requirements, and certifications.
  • Provide expert quality guidance to manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of 'Right First Time' and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the Quality function as Business Process Owner (BPO) in the delivery of the ERP system, defining quality-related functionality requirements including non-conformance management, process visibility, personnel traceability, concessions workflows, technical documentation access, full traceability, reporting, and AI integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality strategies across operations and ERP systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Leadership experience in resolving quality issues.
  • Proficiency with quality tools: FMEA, 8D, RCA, Fishbone, etc.
