Job summary

Skillfinder International is seeking a Quality Engineer in Leeds to drive quality across the application lifecycle. The role focuses on test automation with Playwright and end-to-end testing within a complex ecommerce ecosystem.

You will design and execute automated tests, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to overall quality improvements across payments, fulfilment and delivery systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Playwright automation experience.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end, functional, integration and regression testing.
• Experience testing complex ecommerce platforms with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright across key customer journeys.
• Conduct end-to-end, functional, integration and regression testing across website and associated systems.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to embed quality in the lifecycle.
• Identify defects and drive resolution with engineering teams.
• Analyse results and report actionable quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency across the program.
