Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the delivery of quality requirements across the project lifecycle, from design and procurement through to manufacturing, construction, commissioning and handover. You will work within the PDO quality team to ensure suppliers and contractors comply with standards and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on supplier quality assurance, audits, inspections and non-conformances, with hybrid working and travel between Leiston, Ipswich, London,

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery, preferably within the nuclear power sector, with significant focus on project quality.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance and quality control within major engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning projects.
• Knowledge of nuclear sector standards and quality systems (ISO 9001/related) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs) for contracts.
• Manage supplier quality requirements within ITT documentation.
• Support audits, inspections and resolution of non-conformances.
• Coordinate LTQR reviews and quality release activities.
• Ensure quality management processes across supply chain and project stages.
