Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Ingénieur Qualité pour rejoindre son équipe à Tewkesbury. Vous serez responsable de l'intégration des exigences clients dans les processus NPI, du soutien des activités de planification de la qualité avancée et de l'amélioration des processus de fabrication. Ce rôle nécessite une expérience dans l'application APQP et PPAP dans un environnement AS9100.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Soutenir l'intégration APQP dans le processus NPI.
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans les processus de fabrication.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our client’s team at their state-of-the-art facility based in Tewkesbury on a permanent basis.

Our client designs and manufactures complex mechanical products for global applications in the aerospace and defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support APQP integration and implementation into NPI process.
• Support advanced quality planning activities.
• Incorporate customer requirements into NPI processes.
• Integrate lessons learned into APQP activities.
• Coordinate and monitor PPAP activities.
• Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in handling non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Resolve corrective actions raised during audits.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in APQP and PPAP application.
• Experience working in an AS9100 environment.
• Knowledge and practical experience with PFMEA.
• Experience supporting NPI.
• Effective communication skills internally and externally.
