Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer (Manufacturing/Aerospace) in Stoke-on-Trent to join a leading metal manufacturer. The role offers a salary of £45,000–£50,000 with in-house training, an early finish Friday, and optional overtime plus a yearly bonus.

You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across the production process, using Vernier calipers, micrometers and CMM machines, and conducting 5 Why and capability studies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CMM and handheld measuring devices.
• Ability to perform 5 Why analysis and capability studies.
• Commutable distance to Stoke-on-Trent.
