Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is assisting a Cambridge-based technology company in hiring a Quality Engineer to strengthen product, process and system quality. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to resolve complex quality challenges and embed a quality-led culture.

You will lead root cause investigations, drive CAPAs (8D, RCA, RCCA, FMEA) and support ISO9001 compliance while reporting quality KPIs to management.

Qualifications

• Proven Quality Engineer experience within manufacturing, engineering or technology.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and QMS; experienced with 8D, RCA, RCCA and FMEA.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of creating quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse quality data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Embed a quality-first culture across the business and participate in audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations to raise product quality.
