Crane Process Flow Technologies Ltd. UK is seeking an experienced professional to co-ordinate and implement process improvements, driving quality, productivity and efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes standard work procedures, PFMEAs and quality systems aligned to ISO 9001. The candidate will lead risk assessments, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, aiming for operational excellence and robust quality across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in ISO 9001 manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with metals (e.g., stainless steel).
• Strong interpersonal, self-starting attitude and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement process improvements to drive quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Lead standard work procedures, PFMEAs, control plans, and quality documentation.
• Support risk assessments, safety processes, and corrective action reporting.
• Drive core tools like DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA/Gauge R&R, SPC to validate processes.
• Lead quality audits and internal PPAP processes and supplier audits.
• Support product assurance programs and poka yoke implementations.
• Manage NPI coordination, LCC testing and product teardown analyses.
