Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting for a Quality Engineer with laboratory or cleanroom experience to join a growing manufacturer in Andover, Hampshire. The role focuses on building and maintaining the QMS and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and AS9100.

You will work in a state-of-the-art facility within a team of six, driving CAPA and 8D/5-Whys investigations, with a Monday-Thursday 8:30am–5pm schedule and a Friday early finish. The salary is £40,000–£43,000 with bonus and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in cleanroom or laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/13485 and AS9100 standards.
• Demonstrated quality improvement and problem-solving skills.

Are you a Quality Engineer from a background in laboratories or cleanrooms, looking for a technically challenging and exciting new role, where you can implement your quality experience to drive positive change within a rapidly growing and profitable manufacturer?

In this role you will be helping to maintain and develop the QMS in a high-end cleanroom environment, supported by a team of 6. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485, along with AS9100, with training given if needed.

Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain the QMS whilst driving continuous improvement
