Job summary

Marshall Harmony in Redditch is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to bridge the production floor with the Quality Manager. You’ll use micrometers, verniers, gauges and CMM equipment, and support supplier and customer audits to keep quality moving day to day.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality engineering in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with metrology equipment and gauges on the shop floor.
• Familiarity with audits (supplier/customer) and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for quality on the shop floor.
• Support supplier and customer audits and maintain quality systems.
• Train inspectors and ensure correct inspection processes.
