Job summary

The successful candidate will generate and review quality data, lead root-cause analysis, and support audits and supplier and customer interactions to ensure first-class standards across production.

Qualifications

• Proven technical foundry knowledge related to production processes and controls.
• Experience facilitating Lean / Root cause analysis projects.
• ITAF and ISO awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Generate, monitor, report quality data to identify trends.
• Maintain communication of rejects to stakeholders and implement process controls.
• Input data into QMS and support internal/external audits.
• Drive improvements to reduce variability and enhance quality.
