Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Quality Engineer in London to design and execute both manual and automated tests across functional, regression, and integration scenarios, ensuring data integrity across ETL pipelines and reporting layers. You will validate financial calculations and compliance logic while collaborating with BA/Dev teams to improve SDLC quality.

The role focuses on performance testing, test automation, and regulatory alignment (GDPR, SOX).

Qualifications

Design and execute manual and automated test cases across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
Validate financial calculations, transaction flows, compliance logic, and reporting.
Ensure GDPR, SOX and other regulatory requirements are tested.
Collaborate with BA/DEV to translate requirements into test cases and scenarios.

Responsibilities

Design and execute manual and automated test cases across functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
Validate performance of the system via performance and load testing using approved tools.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using approved tools for the purpose.
Log, track, triage, and report defects using agreed tools.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into test cases.
Create, maintain, and update documentation and internal knowledge repository.
