Job summary

• Previous experience within a manufacturing quality environment.
• Experience managing customer quality concerns and communication activities.
• Audits, capability studies, and structured problem solving.
• Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer returns and defects to identify root causes.
• Prepare and review Control Plans for components and finished products.
• Conduct process audits and capability studies.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to reduce non-conformances.
• Travel on short notice when required.
