Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality, compliance and continuous improvement across a busy manufacturing site. You will develop and maintain the Quality Management System, coordinate audits, and drive data-driven improvements to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership across multiple departments, a strong track record in process improvements, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager or QA leadership role in heavy engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, auditing and compliance standards.
• Experience leading CI and problem-solving activities.
• Ability to analyse quality data and drive performance improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QMS and compliance framework.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, RCA and corrective actions.
• Manage customer quality concerns, audits and non-conformance processes.
• Lead and support quality teams across multiple departments and sites.
• Monitor quality performance and promote a strong quality culture.
