Job summary

Cytiva in Newquay, UK, is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality adherence in a high‑volume manufacturing facility. On‑site role reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead investigations, CAPAs, and change control in a regulated environment.

You will apply ISO 9001/13485 knowledge, DBS tools, and SPC to reduce non‑conformances, support product transfers, and interact with operations teams to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ISO 9001/ISO13485 regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of regulated manufacturing systems and quality assurance/control.
• Experience with Danaher Business System tools and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate compliance improvements within the Value Stream.
• Report non-conformances and support investigations and CAPA.
• Review production environments to identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and report failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
