Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead investigations, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across QA processes in our life sciences operations in Cornwall.

You will partner with production and engineering to analyze non-conformances, develop development plans for QA engineers, and implement corrective actions while maintaining cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead operations teams and engineers in evaluating, trending and reporting non-conformances to prioritise improvements.
• Develop, manage and maintain development plans for QA Engineers.
• Review production environment to identify non-conformity and improve compliance.
• Coordinate and report failure investigations and corrective/preventive actions; assess effectiveness.
• Collect, analyse and report data on rejects from routine production inspection and QC tests; establish priorities.
• Work with QA Specialists to ensure inspections and QC tests meet customer needs.
