Job summary

RGS Global in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality Engineer / CMM Operator to join its precision engineering team. The role focuses on QMS management, CMM operation, and inspection of precision machined components to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards before release.

You will work from engineering drawings, use micrometers and verniers, and collaborate with production and engineering to maintain quality. Experience with Ferranti and Keyence inspection equipment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality within precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with CMM operation and inspection equipment.
• Experience with FAIRs and QMS is a plus.
