Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with aerospace experience to join a rapidly growing precision components manufacturer. You will develop and maintain quality procedures, support audits, and analyse quality performance to drive continuous improvement.

Key duties include reviewing specifications, creating process documentation, and leading internal audits. Salary £40,000–£47,000 with overtime, private healthcare, training and a flexible weekday

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace.
• Experience with AS9100 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures, process specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits in accordance with the company audit programme.

Are you an experienced quality engineer with a background in aerospace looking to join a rapidly growing company with extensive training and benefits?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality procedures, supporting internal and external audits, and analysing quality performance across the facility to contribute to continuous improvement.
