Had-Fab is a growing engineering and fabrication business delivering large-scale projects across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and drive the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS.
In this hybrid role you’ll work closely with Production, Operations and Projects, investigate NCRs, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and drive quality across manufacturing sites.

As part of this growth, we’re looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our growing Quality team and play an important role in maintaining and continually improving standards across the business.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility alongside regular site presence to work directly with our manufacturing and operational teams.
Reporting to the Quality Lead, you’ll support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Had-Fab’s Quality Management System (QMS).
This is a hands-on Quality Engineering role where you’ll work closely with Production, Operations, Engineering, Projects and Quality, identifying issues, investigating root causes and implementing practical improvements.
You’ll also support project quality requirements, audits, supplier quality and customer expectations as Had-Fab continues to expand.
