Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a quality-focused professional to strengthen manufacturing excellence in the UK. The role centers on applying 8D/A3 problem solving, audits, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance quality performance and prevent issues from reaching customers.

You will train teams, maintain quality documentation, and drive proactive quality improvements using visual management, KPIs, and standardised processes to ensure compliance and sustained results.

Qualifications

• 8D/ A3 Problem Solving activities with cross functional teams delivering effective CAPA implementation for customer and internal concerns.
• Internal audits following process approach – closure of audit NCs
• Participation in Compliance Auditing – internal & external – including audit NC closure
• Active participation in internal QRQC / CAPA Process
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to improve quality performance
• Provides training related to Compliance, Product, and Process Audit

Responsibilities

• Support the management of all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer)
• Be accountable for project identification, prioritization, and achievement using Visual Management Systems and KPI metrics
• Ensure control plans and documentation are implemented and maintained
• Develop proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies across the organization
• Update Quality documentation involved with the role
• Attend operational meetings with reports/data on performance against targets
• Perform tasks at the request of Q Manager & Directors

• Conduct 8D/ A3 Problem Solving activities with cross functional teamsdelivering effective CAPA implementation for customer and internal concerns.

• Conduct effective internal audits following process approach – including closure of audit NCs

• Participation in Compliance Auditing – both internal & external – including effective audit NC closure

• Active participation in internal QRQC / CAPA Process

• Work with internal cross-functional teams to meet drive improvements inquality performance.

• Performs analysis and identifies trends recommends corrective &

• preventive actions

• Work with Quality team to ensure that quality standards are clear andsustained.

• Prevent failures passing forward to the customer by ensuring qualitycontrol processes are implemented & adhered too.

• Provide Compliance, Product, and Process Audit training

• Update Quality documentation involved with the role

• Develop proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies across the organization.

• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Business

• Management system

• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implementedeffectively and maintained

• Be accountable for project identification, prioritization, and achievementby applying the models, methods, and standards available, including VisualManagement Systems, KPI Metric and Tools aligned with plant,department, and program objectives using a “Go and See” approach.

• A good working knowledge of company processes and procedures andapplies them effectively and appropriately.

• Attends operational meetings with providing reports / data on aperformance achievement against targets
