Job summary

Evolve Personnel is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role spans two sites, focusing on maintaining and improving product quality, and driving manufacturing process improvements through robust process controls and quality system monitoring.

You will analyze data, investigate quality issues, and support the Quality Manager across internal and external stakeholders to uphold high standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Technical foundry knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of production processes & foundry capabilities.
• Able to influence change and drive improvement.
• Embed improvement into process activities.
• Maintain a culture of quality.
• Able to handle customer complaints and generate 8D reports.
• Able to connect and operate at all levels of the business.
