Aurora Life Sciences is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer who stays close to the product, the process and the people making it happen. In a regulated manufacturing environment, your work directly affects product performance, patient safety and customer satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate with Production, Engineering, Inspection and Supply Chain to keep manufacturing moving while upholding quality standards. You’ll lead root cause investigations, drive CAPA, review drawings and ensure traceability

As a Quality Engineer, you'll work closely with Production, Engineering, Inspection and Supply Chain to keep manufacturing moving while making sure the right standards are maintained.
To be successful as a Quality Engineer, you'll need practical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and the confidence to make informed decisions when issues arise.
Medical device manufacturing experience would be ideal, although we'd also be keen to speak with candidates from , precision engineering, aerospace, automotive or rail.
This Quality Engineer role will suit someone who is proactive, practical and comfortable getting involved. You'll be confident challenging processes constructively, working across different teams and taking ownership when something needs fixing.
You’ll enjoy getting to the root cause of problems, clearly communicating the root cause to others and making sure improvements are sustainable rather than temporary
