Job Responsibilities:

1. Investigate and manage customer complaints
2. Investigate and manage internal and supplier deviations
3. Conduct internal audits
4. Manage documentation
5. Support production activities

Candidate Profile:

• Proven success in process improvement to reduce defects
• In-depth knowledge and application of quality tools and techniques, including Lean
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and its requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment, particularly with steel and NDT requirements
• Experience in internal auditing to ISO 9001 standards
