Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Kendal team to sustain and strengthen our quality culture. You will work within a cross-sector manufacturing environment, focusing on ISO 9001 compliance, audits, and process improvements.

The role involves leading MRB activities, performing MSA and capability studies, and analysing data to boost quality and performance across products and suppliers. A strong team player with a commitment to quality is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a quality role within manufacturing.
• HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
• ISO 9001 internal auditor experience.

• Maintain and develop the Business Management System (ISO 9001).

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer to join our Kendal team and play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our quality culture.

With a 170-year heritage, a global presence across 85+ countries, and a focus on innovative hydropower and diesel engine solutions

What you'll do

• Maintain and develop our Business Management System in line with ISO 9001
• Lead and support product, process and supplier audits
• Drive product and process improvement
• Manage Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Conduct MSA and process capability studies
• Analyse data to improve quality and performance
• Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions

What we're looking for

• We're looking for a positive, reliable team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to quality. Ideally, you'll have experience in a quality role within manufacturing,
• Not essential- HNC in Engineering (or equivalent experience) and ISO 9001 internal auditor experience.
