Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and investigation skills, ideally using DMAIC or 8D.
• Ability to understand highly technical products and components.
• Comfortable managing conflicting demands and building relationships across a business.
• Internal audit experience and some exposure to Lean 6 Sigma would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection and testing methods to evaluate production accuracy and precision.
• Analyse production data and reports to identify trends and recommend standard updates.
• Lead investigations into nonconformances, customer complaints and improvement projects.
