Salary: £34,000 per annum + pension, profit share scheme, and more

• Satisfy factory production control requirements against all standards.
• Manage production operations and customer complaints, working with process and improvement engineers to prevent future issues.
• Review and update SOP & QA documents regularly.
• Control incoming materials.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Raise and follow up on supplier non-conformances.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate with production teams for replacements.
