Quality Engineer

Bath, commutable from Trowbridge, Keynsham, Bristol, and Chippenham

£40,000 - £43,000 + Monday to Friday, Office Hours + Training + Progression + 25 days' holiday + Life Assurance

The core responsibilities include overseeing quality inspections, implementing updated quality processes across the site, and conducting reports and investigations. The successful candidate will participate in improvement projects and be a key member of the Quality department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an engineering or materials environment, be comfortable working from engineering drawings and technical specifications, and have a background in implementing quality improvements on site.

The Role:

• Handling technical specifications for various projects
• Investigating issues and faults
• Testing, inspecting, and improving processes
• Overseeing all aspects of projects from a quality perspective

The Person:

• Quality Engineer with experience in engineering or manufacturing (industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Metals, Assembly, Precision Engineering, Oil & Gas, Energy, or similar)
• Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
• Experience leading quality improvement projects
