Job summary

Aston Martin, via Manpower UK, is recruiting a Quality Systems & Data Lead to join the Quality team across St Athan and Gaydon, with regular cross-site travel. You will design and maintain data infrastructure, creating a single source of truth for quality reporting and KPI visibility to enable informed decisions.

The role uses Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python to develop data pipelines, automated dashboards and scalable analytics in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data systems, quality systems, or analytics in a complex engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python and data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data infrastructure to support the Quality function.
• Create a single source of truth for quality reporting and KPI visibility.
• Design robust data flows and automated reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT and stakeholders to transform data into insights.
