Job summary

Aston Martin is seeking a Supplier Quality Leader to join the Gaydon team, overseeing supplier quality for the Chassis and Body Mechanisms commodity. You will drive continuous improvement, manage containment and root-cause analysis, and ensure supplier readiness for serial production.

The role requires strong quality tools knowledge, engineering background and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading supplier quality in manufacturing, with APQP/PPAP exposure.
• Strong problem-solving, containment, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier quality performance for Chassis & Body Mechanisms.
• Lead containment actions, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits, review processes and support change management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing to ensure quality targets.
