Job summary

The University of Sunderland is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join Academic Registry & Governance. You will coordinate quality assurance activities, collaborate with colleagues, faculties, and external partners, and contribute to continuous improvement across the University.

This is a fixed-term role for 18 months, with potential for secondments subject to manager approval. You will thrive in a stakeholder-facing role, delivering accurate, timely information and supporting high-quality

  • Support colleagues and drive improvements by partnering with faculties and external partners.

Job description

Join a team that plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing academic quality across the University. As Quality Coordinator, you'll work at the heart of Academic Registry & Governance, collaborating with colleagues, faculties and external partners to support high-quality academic provision and positive student outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate a wide range of quality assurance activities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape processes that support the University's academic ambitions. You'll have the chance to build strong professional networks, influence positive change, and make a meaningful impact across a diverse and dynamic institution. Please note, this is a fixed term role for 18 months, which would make an excellent opportunity for a secondment. Please check with your Line Manager whether your service is able to support secondments. Is this you?
