Job summary

Luminate Education Group is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support delivery of high-quality education and training across its sites, working with curriculum teams and awarding organisations to enhance assessment and learner outcomes.

The role involves monitoring performance, providing actionable reports, and coaching staff to embed best practices. Travel across sites is required, with interviews planned for September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience working with awarding organisations and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of the learner experience.
• Familiar with analysing data to evaluate impact and managing projects that drive improvements in learner outcomes.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting quality improvement initiatives would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, along with a proven ability to meet deadlines, are essential.

About The Role

The Quality, Data and Performance team is looking to appoint a Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality education and training across Luminate Education Group. Working alongside other coordinators, the role focuses on monitoring and improving quality to meet regulatory requirements, awarding body standards, and national benchmarks across both classroom and apprenticeship provision. The Coordinator will collaborate with curriculum teams, support services, and awarding organisations to enhance assessment, feedback, and learner outcomes. They will also provide guidance, training, and support to staff to embed best practices. The role involves travel across Luminate sites, so flexibility is essential. Interviews will be held in September 2026.
