Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a temporary Quality Control Technician to join our client's team in the Billingshurst area, West Sussex. You will perform QC checks on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods to ensure standards are met.

Responsibilities include calibrating equipment, logging retention samples, reviewing batch records and maintaining GMP and safety practices. Monday to Friday rotating shifts with early/late options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quality control environment.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach.
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and testing on raw materials, components and finished products.
• Carry out in-process quality control checks in line with procedures and specifications.
• Collect, log and store QC retention samples.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Review batch records and verify test results.
• Maintain GMP standards, health and safety procedures and a clean working environment.
