Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in colour, appearance and material construction.
• Strong basic numeracy and meticulous record-keeping.
• Ability to accurately follow written procedures and specifications.
• Reliable, organised approach with good communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Inspect finished goods and base materials for colour, construction, weight and appearance to meet standards.
• Testing & Analysis: Carry out specified quality grade tests and follow lab procedures and safety rules.
• Data Recording: Maintain accurate documentation and report any quality issues to the QC team.
• Equipment Care: Ensure lab equipment is used correctly, kept clean, and maintained.
• Team Support: Assist the QC team with routine laboratory and quality control activities.
