The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Quality Control Operative to safeguard product integrity, ensure compliance with BRC, customer and legal requirements, and drive audit readiness on the Sterte Avenue site in Poole. The role is hands-on with a strong factory presence and cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities include sampling, logging, traceability, and supporting calibration, taste panels, and routine QC tasks. The position offers a 3 on/3 off shift pattern and pays £16.18 per hour.
