Quality Control Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated Quality Control Team Leader to join our Product Creation Centre Quality Control team. You will support the QC Supervisor and collaborate with teams including Product Development, Supply Chain, and Warehouse to deliver top-quality products for UK and International Footasylum stores, ecommerce, and wholesale partners.

Responsibilities

1. Lead in-house QC inspectors in bulk production checks to ensure products meet standards and deadlines.
2. Provide feedback to QC Supervisor, Product Development, and factories as needed.
3. Support the end-to-end quality control process with cross-team collaboration to achieve multi-category product excellence.
4. Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams such as Product Development, Supply Chain, and Warehouse.
5. Understand size specifications thoroughly.
6. Mentor and support the QC Inspection team, fostering continuous improvement through guidance and feedback, identifying training needs, and encouraging teamwork.
7. Keep QC logs updated by liaising with relevant teams.
8. Create AQL inspection and measurement sheets for internal and third-party inspections.
9. Analyze AQL reports and intervene when issues are identified.
10. Assist in arranging shipment samples for QC inspections and ensure proper logging.
11. Record customer returns, investigate issues, and coordinate corrective actions with factories and teams.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control within the apparel industry.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability to changing demands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
