Pertemps Banbury seeks a Quality Control Operative in Brackley on a full-time, temp-to-perm contract paying £12.71 hourly. Working Monday to Friday, 8:15am until 5:00pm, the successful candidate inspects finished goods, checking every item against required standards.

Duties include spotting defects, faults or inconsistencies, then reporting findings to relevant colleagues. A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality output are essential. Applicants should understand customer specifications and uphold company procedures throughout each shift. Immediate start available, with permanent status offered to the right person. Prior inspection or manufacturing experience would prove advantageous for this hands-on position.
