Quality Control Inspector - Domestic Gas

Join us as a Quality Control Inspector - Domestic Gas at Sureserve.

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East, supporting domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London's largest gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts to ensure job security and progression for our staff.

Role Responsibilities

• Validate engineers' work to ensure compliance with Gas Safety Regulations and Sureserve standards.
• Identify knowledge gaps in engineers and provide feedback for additional training.
• Visit complaint jobs, record the course of events, including poor workmanship, CO concerns, and issues.
• Provide photographic evidence and full reports with recommendations post-visit.
• Ensure sufficient QC visits across the area annually to meet client standards.
• Ensure engineers comply with health and safety requirements, including PPE, vehicle, and ladder checks.
• Conduct regular HSE checks within the geographical coverage.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid ACS & relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 penalty points).
• Experience in Social Housing is desirable but not essential.
