Job Summary
Siamo Recruitment are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our client based in Coleshill B46. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data effectively, as well as a solid understanding of quality assurance processes and HACCP principles.

Hours- Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:00 (Early finish on Fridays 07:00-12:00)
Pay Rate: 13.46ph

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyse inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related data.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines throughout the production process.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control measures and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment.
