THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Williams Racing as a Metallic Inspector and become part of Formula 1 history. Inspect precision-engineered components that power our F1 cars, working with cutting-edge metrology equipment in our state-of-the-art facilities.

What You'll Do

Measure and inspect metallic F1 components using CMMs, Romer arms, shadowgraphs, and surface testers
Apply GD&T knowledge and manufacturing expertise to ensure components meet exact specifications
Communicate findings to designers and team members
Work autonomously while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Support composite quality control when required

What We're Looking For

Recognized apprenticeship or equivalent experience in precision manufacturing
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience with high-performance metallic components (motorsport experience preferred)
Polyworks software experience highly advantageous
Solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
