Job summary

Geeplus is seeking a full-time Quality Control Engineer to ensure materials, components and finished products meet internal and customer specs. You will work with production and engineering to improve process controls and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in quality inspection and control within a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read engineering drawings and specifications with a full understanding of geometrical tolerancing.
• High level of competency using Zeiss CMM and ability to create inspection programs and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from standards.
• Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office, documentation and ERP data entry; ability to produce QC documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components and finished products.
• Record inspection results in reports, logs and quality databases; create non-conforming reports and inspection procedures.
• Identify and isolate defective parts; initiate non-conforming material reports.
• Monitor production processes and machinery to ensure tolerance compliance.
• Calibrate and maintain measuring equipment; flag devices needing repair.
• Collaborate with departments to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate non-conformances and perform root cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
