Job summary

Guidant Global, recruiting on behalf of Airbus, seeks a Quality Conformance Engineer to join the Quality Conformance Team at the Filton site. You will own quality improvement activity, analyse performance trends and help reduce the Cost of Non-Quality within a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality conformance or related environment.
• Good knowledge of aircraft manufacturing or similar industry.
• Experience with data analysis and quality improvement techniques.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse quality data and KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with lineside quality, functional and multifunctional teams.
• Lead quality improvement projects and ensure actions are completed.
• Identify emerging issues affecting quality or operations.
• Coach manufacturing teams in quality tools and processes.
• Create and monitor surveillance/inspection criteria.
• Maintain build and quality standards and operator competence.
• Lead investigations into complex quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support reduction of non-allocated concessions and timely QSRs/SARIs.
