Responsibilities

• Analyse quality data, produce KPIs and identify trends for improvements.
• Work with lineside quality and multifunctional teams to implement opportunities.
• Lead quality improvement projects with clear ownership and actions.
• Identify emerging issues affecting quality performance or operations.
• Coach teams in quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Create and monitor surveillance and inspection criteria.
