Are you ready to take the lead in quality and compliance at a fast-moving manufacturing site? We’re looking for a driven Quality & Compliance Manager to head up our quality assurance team, ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do :
  • Own compliance with safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing quality assurance team and quality control.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed quality and operational excellence at every level.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities in the analytical lab to control the product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, solving problems with data-led decisions.
  • Monitor, report, and improve KPIs, making a real impact on site performance.
  • Manage budgets, optimise costs, and support key projects.
Who You Are :
  • A confident leader with experience managing teams in a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • With experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management and driving change.
  • Highly organised, results-focused, and systematic in your approach.
  • Experienced in process improvement, root cause analysis, and compliance management.
  • A hands‑on problem solver who can balance team leadership with operational delivery.
  • FMCG industry experience is desirable.
