Job summary

Optimas International is seeking a Quality Supervisor/Manager UK to be based at our Gloucester site. You will champion best practices for the Quality function, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and customer specs, while mentoring a high‑performing team.

You will drive audits, maintain quality systems, and collaborate with Global teams to improve processes and supplier quality. A lead auditor role with ERP familiarity is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within manufacturing or components distribution.
• Certified Lead Auditor Qualification and experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle/NetSuite/SAP.
• Lean methodologies experience and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise internal quality assurance activities including inspection and NC product controls.
• Support third‑party certification audits from customers or regulatory bodies.
• Develop and maintain the Optimas quality manual and related documentation.
• Lead on-site quality team at Gloucester HQ and report KPIs to Quality Director.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor direct reports and team members.
