Able Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a respected training provider for a Head of Quality and Compliance to join their Newcastle team. This senior leadership role will drive regulatory compliance, quality assurance and apprenticeship accountability across the organisation.

You will lead readiness for Ofsted inspections, oversee funding and performance, and develop robust processes ensuring safeguarding and learner outcomes, with a mix of office and home-based work.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in a training/education setting.
• Proven ability to drive quality assurance and compliance.
• Experience with apprenticeship funding and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organisation’s compliance and quality assurance framework across apprenticeship provision.
• Maintain oversight of apprenticeship accountability, learner progression and funding performance.
• Ensure compliance with DWP, DfE funding, accountability and contractual requirements.
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections including self assessment and improvement planning.
• Monitor teaching, learning, assessment and learner support quality.
• Lead internal audits and quality assurance activities with action closure.
• Provide reporting and challenge to senior leaders on risk and quality.
• Ensure safeguarding and Prevent compliance is in place.
