Job summary

Warburtons is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for our Newburn Bakery. This permanent, on-site role supports the Compliance Manager to uphold quality, food safety, hygiene and product quality across bakery and depot operations.

You will gather and analyse monitoring data, maintain the Document Management System, and conduct site audits to ensure controls are followed. The role promotes safety standards and helps implement hygiene protocols in line with brand and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Audits, data analysis and reporting within Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of hygiene management and HACCP principles.
• Experience of maintaining DMS and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather/analyze monitoring data to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in maintaining the Document Management System.
• Conduct internal audits as scheduled.
• Promote food safety and hygiene standards across bakery operations.
• Support quality assurance through routine checks and regulatory alignment.
