Job summary

Warburtons Eastwood bakery is seeking a proactive Team Member to support our 24/7 bread production. You’ll work across production lines, hygiene, and warehouse roles, contributing to safe, efficient operations and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG roles is required or highly beneficial.
• Ability to work safely with regard to others' safety.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and health & safety.
• Adaptability to changing tasks across the operation.
• Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work across production, hygiene and warehouse tasks on a multi-department shift.
• Support continuous manufacturing and ensure production lines run smoothly.
• Uphold hygiene standards and safety compliance at all times.
