The opportunity
Unity Engine Support provides technical solutions to our customers’ hardest problems. We must work with our customers’ in-development projects on a regular basis.
Our customers have a wide variety of problems, some of which are only demonstrable using their actual projects. This is where you step in, with a good understanding of software build processes, curiosity, flexibility and positivity. Our QA engineers build, maintain and test our growing list of customer projects, so that they are available and ready to be used to investigate customer issues. You will also help reproduce hard to replicate issues and strip large projects down to the essentials so that they can be delivered along with bug reports.
In return, you will be rewarded with fresh challenges on a daily basis, and get to work with our support engineers to nurture some of the most exciting games and simulations in development today!
This is a permanent position based in our Brighton office. You will not be required to travel, but there might be opportunities to visit customer locations.
