Reporting into the site Quality Manager, you will be responsible for supervising QA team members, ensuring quality system KPIs are achieved, and managing non-conformances. You will report trends and root causes, suggest remedies, support production decisions, and maintain internal audit schedules, calibration schedules, etc. You will also ensure the factory environment meets external audit requirements at all times.

  • Managing and conducting internal audits
  • Planning workloads, rosters, and task allocation
  • Briefing teams on targets, initiatives, and policy changes
  • Monitoring and reporting team performance and conducting appraisals
Qualifications:
